Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily retail operations to ensure smooth store performance.
  • Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Monitor inventory, oversee stock replenishment, and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store displays are attractive and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and support management in achieving KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, and operational policies.
  • Support store opening/closing and cash management..

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Min. GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Business, Retail, or related field.
  • 2+ years' retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about retail, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
