- The role is responsible for Supply Chain in APAC, accountable for the revenue forecasting (in partnership with Sales Leadership), demand planning and fulfilment through our DC operations. This role oversees the full planning and fulfilment in region and directly leads teams spanning demand planning, warehouse and inventory management. Working alongside wider Supply Chain stakeholders in repair, logistics, order management and supply planning, the incumbent has to operationalize senior leaders and their teams to deliver against regional and global growth targets.

- Responsible for regional Supply Chain teams, including demanding planning and DC Operations, holding these teams to account in delivering against collective business goals.
- Represents Supply Chain as a member of the APAC Management Team, sharing strategic direction and partnering with key stakeholders in this team to align on local revenue achievement.
- Works directly with regional GM and team to review potential new strategies in region, e.g. geographical expansion and distribution infrastructure to plan longer-term growth opportunities.
- Partners with Sales Leadership, Finance & Sales Operations to ensure alignment on metrics and revenue attainment, ensuring leaders within regional Supply Chain and their teams are effectively operationalizing against revenue forecast.
- Facilitates strategic and operational decision making both within and outside own function, navigating potential competing business demands and external challenges to create a clear path and direction for teams to deliver against.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree, Master’s preferred
- 20 or more years’ experience including minimum 5 years management experience
- Experience managing technical teams and managing relationships with key manufacturing suppliers
- Manufacturing Management experience in the electronics manufacturing area, including SMT manufacturing.
- Strong oral and written communication
- Must be able to travel domestic and international as necessary
- Experience and ability to lead a wide variety of Supply Chain functions and team members
- Collaborates well with other functional teams to insure a strong interface from Supply Chain to all other functions in the company
