Roles & Responsibilities:
The Marine Manager duties shall include, but will not be limited to:

- Oversee external technical managers for in-house owned vessels.
- Monitoring of vessel performance and providing instructions/ Marine technical support and guidance to technical managers; recommending advice for improvement.
- To carry out ship visits and audits on navigation, safety, and cargo operations.
- Support, research and take part in new shipbuilding projects.
- To monitor and approve cargo tank cleaning plan of Chemical tanker.
- Support operations and chartering division with technical queries for commercially operated vessels.
- To review internal audits of managers and ensure that they are carried out by relevant managers representatives and as per schedule.
- Accident / Incident investigation reports are to be vetted as and when prepared by managers.
- To verify and approve crew arrangement for owned vessels.
- Education and mentoring of joining crew.
- Follow up with managers on maintaining crew quality including interaction with crew during visits onboard.

Requirement:

- 8 years' experience as Marine Superintendent for Chemical Tankers.
- 2 years sailing experience as Ship Captain on Chemical Tankers.
