Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate day-to-day activities of marine projects from initiation to completion.
- Support project planning, including timelines, logistics, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Serve as the communication link between clients, contractors, engineers, and field personnel.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders and management.
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, health and safety policies, and environmental standards.
- Organize and participate in project meetings, inspections, and audits.
- Manage documentation such as permits, safety records, and technical specifications.
- Handle procurement and scheduling of marine vessels, equipment, and crew.
- Assist in risk assessment and troubleshooting project issues as they arise.
- Support quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
