Healthcare Assistant(Caregiver)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with daily personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Help the care recipient with moving around, including transfers, walking, and using mobility aids.
- Assist with managing prescribed medications, including reminders for timely administration.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, engaging in conversation, hobbies, or activities that promote mental well-being.
- Monitor health conditions and report any changes to the care recipient's family or healthcare providers.
- Ensure a safe environment by identifying and addressing potential risks within the home.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including care routines, medication logs, and any incidents or concerns.
- Maintain clear communication with family members regarding the care recipient’s well-being and any developments.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years experience as a caregiver or similar role (preferably in homecare).
- Basic understanding of personal care and medical conditions (e.g., dementia, mobility issues, etc.).
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to follow instructions and provide personal care with respect and dignity.
- Physical stamina to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with the care recipient, their family, and healthcare professionals.
- Must pass a background check and provide professional references.
- Availability for the full 3-month contract period with flexibility for shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
