**Senior Manager, Healthcare Intelligence**

At SingHealth Polyclinics (SHP), we believe that data is the cornerstone of better, safer and more effective healthcare. This critical role will shape the future of primary care in Singapore through strategic planning and execution in Data Governance (DG) and Data Analytics (DA).

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Manager, you will:

- Develop and implement SHP’s data governance and analytics strategy, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing team responsible for delivering robust data governance, data analytics and compliance framework.
- Partner with senior management, IT leaders, and healthcare professionals to deliver impactful data solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, implementing best practices for data privacy, security, and governance across SHP’s digital platforms.
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of analytics projects, transforming complex data into actionable insights for decision making.
- Champion data education and change management within SHP, equipping teams for future data platforms and methodologies, while staying ahead with evolving trends.

**Key Qualifications**:

- STEM degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience (or non-STEM with 12 years), and a proven track record in successful DG / DA initiatives.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams to deliver data governance and analytics outcomes.
- Excellent communications skills for conveying data-driven insights.
- Strong project management skills, with expertise in both Agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency with leading DG / DA platforms (e.g OBIEE, Tableau, Health Catalyst) and experience in data pipeline management (SQL, Python) and ETL / ELT processes.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry is a plus.
