**The Challenges**:

- Provide Level 1 BAU (business-as-usual) support to end users, on the Enterprise Data Warehouse platform.
- Partake and support the team on new projects and initiatives, including managing enhancements to EDW platform, to extend and improve the range of data elements and extension to more user sites.
- Support the Department on new (eg innovation) digital projects and initiatives, where and when necessary.

**What it takes**:

- Bachelor Degree of a related domain or similar qualifications.
- Hands-on experience or capability to develop new and maintain analyses, reports, scheduled agents and other features, on Oracle data analytics platforms e.g. Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), or Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).
- Proven or demonstrable capability to manage stakeholders (e.g. end users, business users, IT team) autonomously and independently.
- Build relationships with different levels of stakeholders and teams (e.g. management, end users, business users, IT, Finance, Procurement).
- Adapt to dynamic tasks and timelines, from new or changing priorities.
