**Company Description**

prettyFIT is a well-known Singaporean ladies footwear brand with a strong reputation for creating stylish and comfortable shoes for women. We are looking for an IT Administrator to join our team and manage our Web, retail POS platform and maintain our IT assets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the website and POS platform, ensuring that they are fully functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
- Develop, implement and ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate and relevant.
- Manage and optimize online store to improve the customer experience and increase sales.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure that the website and online store are aligned with the brand's image and marketing strategy.
- Monitor website and online store performance and use analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest website design trends and e-commerce best practices.
- Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives
- Provide end-user IT support for both local and remote locations daily to ensure smooth business operation

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in website management and Shopify platform.
- Knowledge of website development tools such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Magento, etc.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience with Shopify e-commerce platform and apps, and with designing and customizing Shopify themes (preferable but not a requirement)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- A strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
