We focus on luminescence and fluorescence detection and measurement technologies for researchers and pharmaceutical companies. Our purpose is to create products that allow faster scientific work and discovery. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our growing sales team in Asia. Role: Junior or experienced Sales Administrator Employment Type: Full-time, On-site Company: Uvitec Salary range: 3500 to 4500 SGD The Sales Administrator will be essential in aiding the sales process and ensuring smooth communication between our internal teams and customers. This role involves managing sales documentation, coordinating orders, following up on delivery schedules, maintaining customer records, and providing the sales team with the necessary resources to excel. Key Responsibilities Accurately process and manage sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders. Assist in logistics operations. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management. Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and operations teams. Address customer inquiries and deliver exceptional service. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the sales cycle. Help prepare sales presentations and promotional materials. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment. Requirements Previous experience in sales support, sales administration, or a similar role will be beneficial. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
