Singapore ENVIRON CONSTRUCTION CO (PTE) LTD Full time

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- To assist the Project Manager on all safety, health, environmental and welfare matters, to ensure the project complies with its statutory obligations and relevant safety standards
- Upkeep the environmental health and safety aspects of the company
- Monitor and support the company's ISO program and policies, ensuring effective execution of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems and certification.
- Ensure all work activities are carried out in compliance with EHS laws, codes of practice, and internal safety procedures.
- Enforce risk control measures and safe work procedures on-site.
- Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and incident investigations, and ensure follow-up actions are implemented.
- Identify hazards and propose corrective/preventive measures.
- Conduct toolbox meetings, briefings, and induction programs for workers and subcontractors.
- Promote EHS awareness and best practices through campaigns and training sessions.
- Maintain safety records, incident reports, inspection checklists, and other regulatory documentation.
- Submit monthly safety reports and incident investigation findings to management and relevant authorities when required.
- Inspection of site to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of environmental health is in proper working condition.
- Manage incidents' investigations, recommend corrective actions and follow-up on the implementations and effectiveness of actions taken
- Ensure emergency response plans, drills, and equipment are in place and up to date.
- Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Director

**Requirements**:

- At least 8 years of relevant working experience in local construction industry
- Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health from approved local training providers.
- Registered WSHO (Workplace Safety & Health Officer) with MOM
- Regisstered ECO (Environmental Control Officer) with NEA
- Registered Earth Control Measures Officer with IES-ACES
- Registered Earthwork Supervisor with SP Group
- Certification in Lifting Supervisors Safety Course
- Certification in Supervision of Metal Scaffold Erection Course
- Certification in Work-at-Height Assessor Course
- Certification in Confined Space Safety Assessor Course
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Willingness to travel to different project sites as needed.
