Analyze areas of non-conformance to WSH standards to determine reasons for non-conformance. Analyze how different approaches may impact problem-solving outcomes. Conduct learning activities to enhance WSH standards and practices. Develop an action plan based on the best solutions identified during WSH solutions discussions. Develop corporate social responsibility policies for logistics operations. Develop measures to enhance organizational awareness of environmental protection. Develop novel approaches to solve problems that are complex in nature. Drive WSH activities to ensure department compliance with requirements. Evaluate risk factors that impact efficiency. Facilitate discussions on WSH reports and findings. Formulate WSH solutions based on analysis of WSH reports. Formulate environmental protection policies and procedures. Implement advanced environmental protection policies and procedures. Optimize the use of allocated resources within business activities. Organize internal audit schedules for quality, safety, health, and customers. Review the allocation of resources across different business activities. Review changes in compliance/tariff/rate/cost/quotation requirements and eligibility to manage the impact on compliance operations. Review different aspects of project management based on priorities and needs. Review environmentally friendly trends in the industry for implementation.Requirements and skills Proven experience as a safety officer In-depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and procedures Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus Outstanding organizational skills Diligent with great attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics BSc/BA in safety management or relevant field is preferred Certificate in occupational health and safety
