Job Descriptions:

- Address areas of non-conformance to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards through corrective actions.
- Analyze areas of non-conformance to WSH standards to determine reasons for non-conformance.
- Analyze how different approaches may impact problem-solving outcomes.
- Conduct learning activities to enhance WSH standards and practices.
- Develop an action plan based on the best solutions identified during WSH solutions discussions.
- Develop corporate social responsibility policies for logistics operations.
- Develop measures to enhance organizational awareness of environmental protection.
- Develop novel approaches to solve problems that are complex in nature.
- Drive WSH activities to ensure department compliance with requirements.
- Evaluate risk factors that impact efficiency.
- Facilitate discussions on WSH reports and findings.
- Formulate WSH solutions based on analysis of WSH reports.
- Formulate environmental protection policies and procedures.
- Implement advanced environmental protection policies and procedures.
- Optimize the use of allocated resources within business activities.
- Organize internal audit schedules for quality, safety, health, and customers.
- Review the allocation of resources across different business activities.
- Review changes in compliance/tariff/rate/cost/quotation requirements and eligibility to manage the impact on compliance operations.
- Review different aspects of project management based on priorities and needs.
- Review environmentally friendly trends in the industry for implementation.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as a safety officer
- In-depth knowledge of legislation (e.g. OSHA/EPA) and procedures
- Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices
- Experience in writing reports and policies for health and safety
- Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
- Proficient in MS Office; Working knowledge of safety management information systems is a plus
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Diligent with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics
- BSc/BA in safety management or relevant field is preferred
- Certificate in occupational health and safety
