Finance Executive/ Senior Finance Executive

**Join us as a Senior/ Finance Executive** Maneuver Marketing is looking for a Finance Executive who wants to be a part of our growing team By joining us, you will have the opportunity to gain regional finance exposure as we have operations with multiple overseas platforms. In this role, you will be working under a Finance Manager in a fast paced work environment. These are a few traits that you would need to excel in this role: Meticulous, Sensitive to numbers, Ownership over work, Growth Mindset and being a Team Player. You shall also be proficient in using Google Cloud Applications (i.e. Google Drive, Google Docs..) and Excel. Most importantly, you already have 1 to 2 years of either of these experiences: AP, AR, General Ledger, Journal Entry. Your monthly tasks would include the following: - Download supplier invoices from different platforms such as Shopify and Google Workspace and save in cloud platform for internal departments to review and update payment - Daily maintenance of multiple bank books in Excel format - Monthly Bank Reconciliation - Creation of Payment and Receipts vouchers in Excel format - Creation of sales invoice in Xero and reconcile it to daily payouts from various ecommerce platforms (i.e. Shopify, Paypal, Braintree and Amazon) - Calculate and reconcile cash back from Aspire Account (SGD & USD Acc) - Process and handle all staff claims and reimbursements, petty cash and assist Directors’ in compiling and processing their claims - Preparation of audit schedules for financial auditing (i.e. from Balance sheet, P&L) - Reconciliation of fulfilment expenses to fulfilment centre’s (Shipbob & Shipmonk) report - Review monthly financial statements (i.e. income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, profit and loss statements) from outsourced accounting firm for accuracy and correctness of accounting records - Other finance related tasks assigned by supervisor - Calculate Cost of Goods Sold - Ability to prepare cash flow projection and financial forecast **Requirements**: - At least 2 years of either of these experiences: AP, AR, General Ledger, Journal Entry. - Proficient in using Google Cloud Applications (i.e. Google Drive, Google Docs) and Excel - Proficient in the management of financial accounts - Good understanding of principles of accounting, as well as knowledge in reporting and financial processes - Passionate about finance operations **Bonus Requirements** - Experience in the e-commerce space, understanding of local statutory requirements preferred - Knowledge of Xero is preferred - Enjoy a fast-paced working and learning environment - Meticulous and detail-oriented in work - Deadline-oriented, and an ability to work under pressure - Ability to develop strong working relationships with various stakeholders **You’ll excel in this role if you possess most of these traits**: Meticulous, Sensitive to numbers, Takes ownership of work, Growth Mindset and being a Team Player **Work Arrangement** This is a full-time position and we are currently on a hybrid work arrangement (Note: There may be changes based on Company Policy) Our working hours are from 10am - 7pm, Mondays to Fridays and we are located at 469 Macpherson Road #02-01 Singapore 368186 (8 mins walk from Tai Seng MRT) **Benefits** - We OWN the brand(s), and we're scaling - We’re a very young team, you will have the opportunity to make substantial impact on the Company’s finance operations - You will build a portfolio understanding how to drive financial processes in the e-commerce space - You will interface regularly with various stakeholders within the team as you work with each department on their day-to-day - There will be regular 1:1 sessions that explore your work, discuss your future options, and open up new opportunities for your career and development - You will have a chance to explore other competencies in using financial management tools - Strong leadership with over 20 years of advertising and business growth experience - we are both people and growth-focused - Merit-based career progression, the more value you create the faster you grow with us If you’re interested in creating a fast-growing career as a graphic designer and meet the requirements above, this will be the perfect opportunity for you If this is what you are looking for, click on the "Apply" button to get started
