**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Perform month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring timely completion and reporting progress, issues, and solutions to the Head of Operations and Founders.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording, reconciliation, and filing of local GST transactions with IRAS.
- Manage banking relationships and transactions with HSBC, UOB, Amex and other service providers.
- Assist with financial statement analysis and contribute to the preparation of quarterly board of directors and investor reports
- Ensure that all purchase transactions are properly documented and recorded in the appropriate systems, including Xero, MRPEasy, etc.
- Assist the manufacturing and engineering teams with the creation and issuance of PO’s, processing of invoices and transactions related to movement of inventory
- Process financial transactions, including payroll, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements, obtaining necessary founder approvals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Corporate Finance or equivalent, with 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, compliance, and tax regulations
- Proven experience in managing financial operations for a manufacturing company, with a strong understanding of inventory finance and manufacturing cost accounting
- Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative team player. Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-accounting professionals
