An incubator of dreams PSO is one of the most dynamic groups of financial consultants in the insurance industry. PSO is home to individuals of change, each acting as catalysts, bringing the best out of your thoughts, actions and dreams.

The business analyst will work with the team to help them improve current processes and systems. Effective use of your problem-solving skills to develop new solutions and help introduce these systems to businesses and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the development team to capture system requirements and drive the design of quality technical solutions.
- Understand the business processes with data visualisation to analyse, model and interpret data.
- Through critical thinking, they will identify innovative trends and market opportunities. Be actively involved in finding new businesses to partner with the PSO community.
- Participate in project walkthroughs, business requirements gathering, design phrases, functional test plans, user training and implementation sessions.
- Assist in the development of business strategies by using data and market research to engage high potential clients.

**Role Requirements**
- A full certificate in **GCE 'A-Level,** International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, **Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore**, or any other academic qualification which is **equivalent to the above qualifications.**:

- Singapore Citizen.
- Part time role is available.
- Full time working hours**:Mondays to Fridays, 9.30 AM - 6 PM**:

- Analytical and resourceful.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and innovate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 44 per week
