We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Senior Specialist, ILP & Wealth Management.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Support the oversight of the fund platform to ensure the investment and wealth proposition quality of the existing fund range
- Coordinate the Fund monitoring process and prepare quarterly fund monitoring review for the company’s investment committee
- Identify gaps in fund offerings and work with stakeholders on new fund/replacement fund. This will also include preparation of documents and presentation decks for investment and product committee
- Assist the team in managing fund website
- Study and research industry trends
- Propose enhancements to maintain freshness and meet users ‘needs. Work with relevant parties to implement the enhancements
- Assist the team in driving the contribution of the ILP & Wealth Management function1. Develop data analysis capabilities within the team to monitor fund platform attractiveness and support new investment solution initiatives
- Support with project work related to wealth management
- Assist the team with planning and organising Investment Events/Webinars
- Plan for the logistics of the investment event including sourcing of venue, liaison with fund managers and post-event follow up
- Work with agency organisations and internal stakeholders on client events
- Support and engage distribution channels
- Develop and design tools to support sales efforts
- Develop investment training programs to update distribution channel on skills and knowledge
- Develop marketing program for major fund launch and replacement fund
- Support the maintenance of operational and regulatory framework to ensure that the company meets all governance, regulatory and compliance requirements:1. Coordinate fund Launch/Closure/Corporate Actions and update on relevant fund documents
- Assist in ad hoc projects to meet regulatory and compliance requirements

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business/Finance related areas (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in Investment & Wealth management
- Excellent knowledge of software: Word, Excel, Power Point and VBA/Python programming skills
