**Responsibilities**:

- Meet sales target set by acquiring new Retail/Ecommerce merchants with revenue profitability.
- Grow Existing Merchant sales volume and perform cross-selling of value-added services to increase revenue.
- Service existing merchant on their request to open new / close existing outlets.
- Ensure end to end merchant KYC with full documentation according to SOP, prepare P&L to ensure profitability and upon successful onboarding send terminal work order to vendor for deployment. Relationship building with merchants.
- Keep abreast of Payment innovations and technology in the market.
- Monitor competition landscape and perform Pricing & Products analysis.
- Manage day-to-day job requests from merchants and work with internal stakeholders on any dispute resolution with merchants.
- Ensure that all Merchant business activities and documentation are in full compliance with DCS onboarding process and policies.
- To assist with onboarding and servicing of leads from strategic partnership program whenever necessary.
- Respond to merchants’ inquiries received within the recommended response timeframe.
- Take on assigned projects when required.
