**Roles & Responsibilities**
We are hiring a HR Admin Assistant to join our growing company to support the HR Recruitment Department in doing Recruitment work scope. This person will report to the Recruitment Manager.
This person must be good in his/her organisational skills, have good time management, quick to respond, approachable, resourceful, and able to multi-task and manage workload efficiently. He or she must also be able to handle stress well, working in a fast-paced environment.
If you have prior experience in recruiting and possess excellent organisational and communication skills, we would be delighted to meet you. Join our team and play a vital role in helping us attract and onboard top talent.
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Minimum Diploma
- Familiar with hiring practices and stages
- Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Great attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
Working Location: 53G Tuas South Avenue1,Tuas Cove Induatrial Centre
Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6:30pm)
