Associate Director, Strategic Planning Lead

We are looking for a Strategic Planning Lead to ensure alignment to the core strategy and enable the best conditions to deliver the fastest possible and sustainable long term growth. You would be the right arm of the cluster(Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei) Managing Director (MD) ensuring that country leadership team is coordinated, understand their strategic objectives, and have the knowledge, network, tools, and capabilities to excel.

Experience and Skills Required
- Business acumen and management of complex global projects with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in the areas of strategic planning, knowledge transfer or have demonstrated experience in these areas in global environment
- Strong technical and leadership skills
- Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated influencing skills and ability to efficiently work on cross-functional, cross-company, global teams
- Proven ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
- Flexibility and the ability to work independently as well as excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, root cause analysis
- Strong curiosity for learning and growth

Qualification Requirement
- Minimum 7 years of experience in consulting or project management
