Reporting to the Executive Director this role is expected to take charge of Casa Raudha Ltd’s (CRL) development and future strategy, in close collaboration with CRL’s Board of Directors (BOD). You will support the organization by providing analytical and planning advice for areas such as strategic planning, business development, fund-raising, corporate communications and corporate services. You should be a self-driven and passionate professional who can drive the team and lead corporate strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Strategic Planning**
- Supports the ED in driving successful implementation of strategic initiatives of CRL, through supervision of role’s functional areas
- Formulate plans, initiatives, and measures to support implementation of CRL’s strategies, within functional areas
- Conducts periodic status reviews of organizational goals and objectives to identify roadblocks to progress.
- Identify trends and emerging issues that impact strategies and, where necessary, making recommendations on alternative courses of action to the ED and BOD
- Work within the sector and with CRL internal team to identify, review and analyze new areas of growth, innovative technologies and solutions which will contribute to the organization’s strategic planning process.
**Business Development & Fund-Raising**
- Perform strategic reviews of available opportunities, conduct assessments to determine alignment with corporate strategy and provide recommendations to the ED whether to pursue opportunities further
- Actively source, outreach, contact and build relationships with potential leads and future donors, and manage those relationships through organising events, update reports etc
- Formulate fundraising strategies, produce and update collaterals such as donor updates and reports
- Manage overall fundraising process, such as organizing fund-raising activities, preparing pitch materials, supporting due diligence process, monitoring performance of fund-raising campaigns etc
**Corporate Services**
- Take charge of monitoring Key Performance Indicators and performance management reviews, and prepare progress reports for BOD meetings
- Track progress of work plans and support efforts to improve and streamline existing management reporting tools.
- Drive the expansion of CRL’s marketing communications efforts focusing on creating brand awareness, enhancing understanding of our service offerings
- Develop strategies and action plans for Corporate Service functions by observing new/ developing trends and needs, initiating and developing new processes/structures to address changing needs
- Oversee and manage the financial function, including supervising the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets, forecasts and projections
- Ensure procedures and reports comply with regulations pertaining to social service, SFRS and Charity Accounting Standards
- Oversee and manage the HR function including payroll, recruitment, learning and development, compensation and performance management
- Manage and ensure that CRL’s internal control and governance measures comply with relevant regulations and requirements
- Oversee the area of IT and Procurement
- Provide secretariat duties for BOD.
**Requirements**:
- General degree with minimum of 6-10 years of combined working experience in corporate services, business development, and corporate planning
- Stakeholder relationship and funding experiences are strongly preferred.
- Experience in leading and managing teams with diverse portfolios
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrate responsible and honest behavior in tasks & responsibilities
- Meticulous and possess strong analytical skills
