Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for developing regional business planning strategies to ensure optimization of customer requirements through thought leadership and end-to-end management of the following areas:
**Responsibilities**:

- Have command of and be responsible for the growth of revenue for your region and be able to inform stakeholders on trends and needs for your region
- Manage a team of Business Expansion Leads & Associates; Stakeholder management and influencing global sales teams
- Build & manage executive-level relationships with key sales partners & advertisers
- Hold your team accountable for revenue quotas & KPIs
- Define, measure, & deliver KPI-driven regional strategy
- Develop alignment and collaboration with other key stakeholders
- Understand industry trends and translate into strategic opportunities to drive the business
**Job requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in a related area of study.
- 8+ years of experience in media/advertising, managing a team, & in-depth knowledge of the region and key advertising players
- Experience working with compliance, legal, tax, & policy teams
- High sense of urgency results-driven and master of execution to make quick decisions and adapt as needed
- Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
- Fluency in English. Cantonese and Mandarin will be optional and a plus
