Roles & Responsibilities

The Singapore International Foundation is a non-profit organisation founded in 1991. We aim to build a better world through shared ideas, skills and experiences, so as to uplift lives and create greater understanding between Singaporeans and world communities.

The Strategic Management Division is responsible for corporate planning, business and partnership development and budget management. Planning & Partnership formulates and implements plans that strengthen engagement and cooperation between Singaporeans and world communities, in partnership with all SIF divisions.

**Responsibilities**:
Support the Director in delivering on the roles and responsibilities of the division:

- Engage and work with business units to align internal business plans with the overall strategic direction, including annual work plans, performance reports and budget management.
- Develop strategic alliances locally and internationally to further the mission of the organisation.
- Provide guidance on and oversee matters pertaining to company policies, corporate governance, resourcing, and organisational development.
- Manage and foster a professional and competent team, sustaining culture of excellence, collaboration and people-centredness.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 8 years of broad-based management and operational experience in strategy formulation, international relations, business and partnership development, alumni engagement, finance, human resource and strategic communications.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to analyse and synthesise information.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills (written and spoken).
- Mission-driven, and self-directed.
- Flexible, adaptable and has integrity.
- Singaporean.
