You will receive on-job training and skill development to meet the roles & responsibilities, after which you will work directly with country teams across the APAC region to carry out the ecommerce strategy. You can also expect to lead/take part in a variety of innovation projects and pilot projects as part of your exposure.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Build regional digital & e-merchandising campaign guidelines for new launches with our large repository of content assets to better educate our online customers, build link sales opportunities and ensure a premium online customer experience.
- Coordinate in the rollout of exciting new brand sites and ecommerce channels in APAC.
- Maintain the functional aspects of our brand sites and ecommerce sites in APAC to optimize and enrich the total brand presentation. This includes:

- Managing content integration, page design and copywriting inside our brand site backend system.
- Publishing brand content and marketing pages (magazine articles, landing pages, brand pages, highlight banners).
- Launch new and exciting product launch campaigns to drive interest and online purchases.
- Coordinate the rollout of online sales campaigns by creating enticing promotion rules and campaign banners.
- Create and implement ecommerce marketing activities such as dedicated campaign pages, EDMs, sign-up forms to drive consideration and purchase.
- Lead projects for designing online brand store experience for e-retailers and e-department stores throughout APAC.
- Analyse ecommerce campaigns & sales performance to build reports for sharing key learnings and insights around the region.
- Collaborate and align closely with marketing, digital and creative teams from both local subsidiaries and Paris Headquarters to deliver the right content at the right time.

**JOB EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED**:

- 1-4 years of working experience in ecommerce, digital media or digital marketing.
- Cosmetic products and beauty industry experience (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, or similar ecommerce platforms (preferred)
- Graphical skills for pack shots and banners (preferred)
- Web layout and page builder tool experience (preferred)
- Coding basic knowledge in HTML, CSS (preferred)
- This is a position to support the E-Commerce of our Asia Pacific region. The China market is our largest market segment in the Asia Pacific region, therefore the person should preferably be fluent in Chinese language speaking and reading.
