**About Fazz**
- Fazz is an ecosystem of financial services that comprise Fazz (Business account for Southeast Asia), StraitsX (Payments infrastructure for digital assets), and Modal Rakyat (Mutual cooperation funding for MSMEs) founded in 2016, as a result of a merger between PayFazz and Xfers, two Y Combinator alumni based in Southeast Asia.

The People Operation team aims to provide better employee experience in the organisation by improving its services such as employee engagement, work space management, employer branding and more. The People Operation Intern will act as a supporter for the people operations team by assisting in projects to create a better working environment.

**Job Scope**:

- Support in the data migration process for transition to new HRIS
- Support in employee engagement activities for Singapore Office
- Work closely with People Ops team to plan and implement employees’ benefit initiatives in Singapore
- Support daily operation tasks such as onboarding, answering queries from employees, data maintenance in HR systems etc
- Manage, support and participate in all phases of new system implementation
- Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks given

**What we're looking for**:

- A self-motivated team player who is able to perform with mínimal supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
- Detailed, meticulous and is able to keep sensitive information confidential
- Experienced in administrative roles and project management; preferably HR related
- Proficient in Office tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Excel and Word

**Nice to haves**:

- Well versed in general IT principles
- Basic knowledge of HR function
- Good project management skills
