RESPONSIBILITIES

Specialized in flour, Cooking oil, and sugar sales. Plus Korean & Japanese ingredients

About your Mission

Meet and exceed sales targets

Driving sales performance on offline channels

Track orders and provide daily sales reporting/analysis

Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets

Prepare and manage the proposal and quotation process

Manage complex negotiations with customers

Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

Develop growth plans for your accounts and territory.

Provide constructive feedback and innovative ideas to increase sales revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS

Sales experience in F&B field and B2B

Knowledge of flour and food. Experiences in Bakeries and restaurants are preferred

Class 3 driving license and possess a vehicle. (Not must)

Proven track record of closing sales, exceeding sales quotas, and building revenue successfully

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver professional and persuasive presentations

English is a must and Japanese and Korean language is a great to have
