Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a Technology/Business field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in Operations Management, Product/Program Management, Policy Development/Enforcement, Process Design, or Management Consulting.
- 2 years of experience in leadership and/or people management with a focus on hiring, mentoring, and retaining talent.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in managing strategic programs that span organizations and have a direct business impact.
- Knowledge of how the Internet works economically, socially, and technically.
- Ability to synthesize information and recognize goals.
- Ability to think logically and work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, and influence/communicate cross-functionally and cross-geographically with all levels of management.
- Excellent investigative, communication, and problem-solving skills with an interest in innovation, technology, and Google products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the User Protection team, and oversee talent acquisition, retention, performance management, team goals, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with various abuse teams on investigations to catch fraud, enforce our product policies, and increase friction on bad actors.
- Lead projects for Google Ads, focus on improvements on actor knowledge, understand strategic principles, build the team to deliver, manage, coach, and mentor individual contributor teams for exceptional business results.
- Structure cross-functional projects simultaneously by developing plans, gathering, and synthesizing relevant data by leading analysis and developing final recommendations.
- Deliver leadership and impact as part of the broader Trust and Safety Ads global management team.
