**Role Description**:
We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented outlet manager to oversee daily operations at our store. As the outlet manager, the trainee will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. The duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.

**Specific Responsibilities**:
1. Trainee would be able to maintain polite and professional communication with team members as well as customers. Trainee would also be able to communicate and build strong relationships with suppliers.

2. Trainee would be able to assist the Senior Hairstylist in delegating responsibilities to staff members and ensuring they complete them efficiently and accurately. Trainee would be able to provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed.

3. Trainee would be able to help investigate and resolve customer complaints if any. Trainee would be able to maintain positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.

4. Trainee will be able to build a personal relationships with clients to ensure return visit. Trainee will be able to manage bookings and welcoming clients into the store.

5. Trainee would be able to assist the Senior Hairstylist in forecasting, planning, sourcing and ordering supplies to stock the inventory, while adhering to the budget. Trainee would also be able to cultivate a culture of exploring new strategies on how revenue streams can be developed.
