**About the Early Careers team**:
The Early Careers team plays an integral part as a key focal point between the business and students. We are responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to students that showcase the organization's people, culture & technology through events and programmes to attract, recruit high potential students

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage campus recruitment efforts for internship positions across key Business Units;
2. Use your established networks to discover, and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious talent to join the team;
4. Lead key initiatives and projects with our business teams, and other recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results;
6. Follow end to end hiring, including but not limited to sourcing, interview schedule, offer negotiation, onboarding preparation, etc.
1. Keen attention to detail, and experience in both building and executing recruiting processes, 3 to 5 years of campus recruitment experience is preferable, but open to discuss;
3. Entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving ability - you'll have lots of support but often have to figure out the solution yourself;
5. Optimistic and collaborative - we are building an awesome team and looking for someone excited to roll their sleeves up and join us as we start this journey. It may also mean the opportunity to hire for a variety of roles for our business.
