The Claims Supervisor will be responsible for managing all TP claims that arises from accidents or incidents for the company, individual will be on the ground most of the time handling situations that may arise, individual may have to be on standby at odd hours; if necessary
**Individual to be involved in**:
1. Working with external vendors such as repair shops, appraisers, and investigators. To negotiate contracts, ensure quality service, and manage vendor relationships
2. Interact with customers who have filed claims, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and working to resolve issues or disputes in a professional and customer-centric manner
3. Will need to be able to monitor, track and follow up on customers cliams status movement as and when necessary
4. Help to maintain a good track record and keep the claims to a low by advising our staff and always keeping them updated on new rules and regulations
**Technical Skills and Competencies**:
1. General understanding of insurance processes
2. Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities
3. Excellent attention to detail and vehicle maintenance knowledge
4. To gain knowledge of time management and multitasking abilities. 5. Good conflict resolution skills.
6. Critical thinking skills and knowledge of analytics.
