**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers to file accident reports.
- Source / enquire spare parts quotation for the repair.
- Liaise with customer’s vehicle for repair & collection.
- Follow up with customers regarding claims status.
- Assist customers to submit claims, follow up and liaise with insurance company regarding claims.
- Fleet control customer vehicles during their claim time.
- Assist the claims operation of the workshop.
- Provide customer service to existing and new customer.
- All ad-hoc duties are assigned by the supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant work experience in automotive industrial
