**Claims Executive**

**We will count on you to**:

- Works closely with brokers in order to facilitate any follow-up needed to achieve the QA/QC standards.
- Ensures all documents supporting QA/QC are captured/saved in our DMS (data management system) in an organised manner for future consultation.
- Provides a wide range of administrative and support services to assist the business in achieving its revenue targets.
- Provides support and guidance to colleagues within the team to facilitate their development and achievement of their objectives.
- Reconciliations and chasing of premiums when required

**What you need to have**:

- Diploma/Degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in the insurance claims industry, and will be better suited to individuals dealing with Insurance Claims matters on a day to day basis.
- Willingness to take on operational and administrative tasks initially with the expectation of developing into more advanced claim handling roles.
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
- Fluent in English and Mandarin both written & spoken
- Willingness and determination to learn with positive attitude
- Self-motivated, highly organized and resourceful. Meticulous and organized
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to commit for a 1-year contract role.
