The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Localize policies that align with global policy framework through international ecosystem
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Policy leaders, Sales, Product and Legal to develop new advertising policies and enforcement criteria, workflows and associated materials
- Collaborate with the global Operations team and other internal stakeholders to improve and maintain feedback loops from front end policy enforcement activities to policy design
- Identify gaps and problem areas in policies and propose revisions
- Manage, mentor and develop a high performing team
- Provide thought leadership to the wider MI team in SEA and APAC, evangelizing cross-functional collaboration and owning a number of shared goals with partner teams.
- Solve issues with considerable autonomy

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in policy, law or related fields
- 5+ years in Monetization Integrity or Business management leadership position.
- Significant experience in policy, policy enforcement, specifically regarding media/content monetization or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrable leadership experience; proven track record of building, leading a high-performance team
- Previous experience working across multi-markets
- Good relationship with regulation experts/regional government/ relative NGO
- Passionate about the TikTok product
- Leadership and people management skills, proven track record of managing a high-performing team
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong understanding of how to successfully manage a regional team within a globalized function

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Deep understanding of the digital landscape in SEA markets
- Good relationship with regulation experts/regional government/ relative NGO
