Lead, Treasury

About the opportunity

We’re looking for a highly driven and motivated **Lead, Treasury (APAC)** to oversee the regional treasury operations and cash/liquidity management. This position will be based in our Singapore office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the regional Treasury Team
- Implement and improve Treasury processes
- Regional bank relationship management and integration (core and local banks), in cooperation with Global Treasury and local Finance teams
- Trade management: manage and coordinate regional Bank Guarantees facility & activity; monitor Security deposits
- Bank account management (core and local banks)
- E-banking user management
- Improving and automating payment and bank reconciliation processes (SAP), in collaboration with Regional Finance Systems team
- Support and optimize Regional Group Cash Flows, including cash repatriation efforts.
- Support Intercompany financing i.e. such as intercompany loan management
- Regional Core Bank relationship management
- Close cooperation and coordination with Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Legal and Operations both with the regional and Group teams

What you need to be successful
- You studied preferably business / economics / administration with a focus on Finance / Controlling / Accounting (preferably a Master degree or equivalent)
- You gained 6 to 8 years of work experience working in Treasury/Cash Management for a Tech
- or Internet business, at a finance / transaction advisory services team at an international accounting firm, or at a global bank
- You have outstanding analytical as well as project management skills, enjoy solving complex challenges focused on improving processes
- You are a strong team player thanks to your social flexibility and natural communication talent; proficient in English is a must have, other languages are an advantage
- You enjoy working in a highly dynamic, pragmatic and results-oriented environment
- You are proficient in SAP and MS Office
