We are looking for a dynamic Treasury Operations Lead to join our Finance department. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the treasury function of the company, covering FX, remittance, and related settlement processes.

**What you will be doing**
- Lead the treasury function, reporting to the CFO in developing and maintaining cash forecast and FX competitiveness
- Being the main point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, to negotiate, analyze and manage the fees and margins with service providers
- Generate business insights and be a strategic partner to the leadership team in identifying and creating opportunities to optimize the Treasury solutions

**What we are looking for**
- Experience in a regional role, handling complex cash and FX activities, preferably in the banking and payments industry
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong financial and mathematical abilities
