**What you will be responsible for**:

- Lead the fiat currency management of the entire group and report to the Finance Leader
- Sort out and optimize the current fiat currency management policies and processes to further improve work efficiency and meet SOX internal control requirements
- Consider deposit optimization strategies, including Free Cash, FD, T-bills, and other financial products that can be considered
- Optimize foreign exchange management
- Actively expand bank relationships
- Actively expand financing/credit cooperation
- Work closely with other departments of the Finance and Business teams to support business development
- Gain in-depth understanding of the business and support financial/treasury risk assessment during business expansion
- Daily, Monthly Report to the Finance leader and Management

**How you will stand out**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 10 years experience in Treasury and Finance
- Prior experience in crypto industry is highly preferred
- Be collaborative, strong in communication and coordination and problem solving skills
- Prior experience in team management is required
- Strong understanding in global foreign exchange control is required
- Willing to actively communicate and explore new strategies/plan/product of fund management with banks
globally
- Can support or standby for urgent matters or calls
