**CYBERSECURITY MANAGER**

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish security policies, conduct risk assessment, and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Oversee incident response, investigate breaches, and lead post incident analysis
- Manage the design and deployment of security solutions, ensuring integration across software and infrastructure development
- Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee third-party vendor security assessments
- Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs
- Stay current on cybersecurity threats and continuously enhance security infrastructure

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Security or related field
- Certification in CISSP, CISM preferred
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in project management
- Expertise in network security, encryption and security tools
- Familiar with security frameworks and secure software development
- Experience in managing large-scale OT/CII security projects and familiarity with emerging technologies like PAM, MFA and zero trust architecture
