**Senior Claims Specialist, Financial Lines**

We're looking for a Senior Claims Specialist to join our growing Financial Services & Professions Group (FSPG) team in Singapore.

**What the day will look like**
- Providing strategic claims management support for all complex and/or contentious FSPG’s client claims, including:

- Analysing and reviewing coverage issues
- Acting as a focal point and support to advocate for contentious, or serious losses and losses and resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways
- Providing litigation support to clients to facilitate settlement of claims
- Monitor insurer response and engages with insurers and their professional advisers to support smooth review of claims for clients.
- Facilitate claims process for clients to ensure progress from notification through to closure.
- Conducting claims reviews
- Analysis of claims data and provides claim related data such as loss statistics, key trends, cost reduction opportunities and other data in order to assist development of action plans to manage client's total cost of risk
- Reporting and maintenance of claims database and systems
- Supporting key client relationships with a focus on client governance and claims advocacy and all related service undertakings and deliver a consistently high service standards to clients with proactive, strategic advice on navigating the claims process with insurers, to resolve insurers queries and policy coverage issues.
- Participating in Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Tenders, articulating Claims Advocacy services
- Partnering with the regional management and service teams to deliver the widest practical range of products solutions and services available from Aon to the FSPG client base
- Reviewing market products and solutions from a legal perspective in the development and enhancement of Aon’s services
- Supporting key client relationships with a focus on client governance and claims advocacy and all related service undertakings
- Working with the HOD to support and develop performance standards and providing training to colleagues, establishing the delivery of best practice service standards to the FSPG client base

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Degree/Diploma in any relevant discipline
- At least 4 years relevant working experience preferably in the insurance industry
- Good communication and presentation skillls
- Ability to work with others under pressure and to resolve conflict in a constructive mannerability to work with others under pressure and to resolve conflict in a constructive man
