**Responsibilities**: - Analysing, troubleshooting and production problems remotely or on-site. - Responsibility for documenting incident RCA report the configuration of the system and System performance tuning - Responsibility for security compliance, patching, health check & hardening remediation - Performing standard or project change request as per change window - Performing standard or project change request as per change window - Provide on-call 24 x 7 support on a rotating basis - Responsibility for system security compliance, health check & server hardening **Requirements**: - Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent with 3-5 years experience - Subject matter expert on technologies - MS SQL and/or Oracle, Sybase and Open Source Database (etc. MySQL< PostgreSQL, Maria DB) - Knowledge and hands on SQL Cluster environment & SQL, Replication and Mirroring. - Experience database migration in SQL and Oracle - Experience with backups, restore and recovery models. - Knowledge and experience in IT Security SQL Server security hardening & automation. - Experience with windows scripting (PowerShell, vbScript and Shell Script). - Experience in DBA related automation (puppet, open source, etc.) - Experienced in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, Capacity Planning
