**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform database administration tasks across **Oracle**and **Microsoft SQL Server**environments
- Monitor, tune, and optimize database performance and storage
- Implement and manage high availability and disaster recovery strategies
- Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Oracle and SQL databases
- Handle database security, backup, and recovery procedures
- Manage **Oracle GoldenGate**for data replication and migration
- Maintain documentation, standards, and procedures for database operations

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience as a **Database Administrator**with focus on **SQL Server and Oracle**:

- Strong understanding of **database administration**, performance tuning, and query optimization
- Hands-on experience with **Oracle GoldenGate**(replication, monitoring, troubleshooting)
- Knowledge of database backup and recovery techniques
- Experience with database security and access controls
- Proficiency in writing and debugging SQL and PL/SQL
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Microsoft SQL certification
- Experience with cloud-based databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Oracle Cloud)
- Automation and scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, PowerShell)
