**About Our Client**:
Join our client who is one of the leaders in the Medical Devices Industry.

As our client experiences rapid expansion, they are on the lookout for a visionary SEA Regional Managing Director to spearhead their dynamic team. This pivotal role calls for a trailblazer who can establish, develop, and manage all business activities in the market, with a passionate focus on capturing a significant share of the market. The Managing Director will be at the helm of achieving budgets for orders, sales, pricing performance, and target margin goals, driving the organisation to new heights of success.
- Develop and manage long-term plans and budgets for the BU, overseeing orders, sales, margins, and expenses.
- Contribute to regional strategies aligned with the company's vision.
- Define market potential and needs, directing strategic business plans and competitive strategies.
- Track all business activities, including market trends and competitor activity.
- Drive business opportunities with a hands-on approach, considering short and long-term strategies.
- Manage distributor and agent relationships, ensuring compliance and performance.
- Drive market growth through innovative solutions and partnerships.
- Maximise after-sales revenue, including service contracts and upgrades.
- Champion global system deployment for improved performance.
- Ensure compliance with laws and uphold quality standards.
- Enhance customer experience through responsive teams.
- Lead succession planning and optimise efficiency.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Minimum degree or equivalent education.
- Extensive business experience in local SEA markets, achieving growth and high customer satisfaction in a regulated medical device environment.
- Proven track record of driving profitable business growth, ideally in the medical device sector.
- Experience in senior management/executive teams.
- Outstanding leadership and change management skills in an international setting.
- Innovative thinker, fostering a performance culture with internal teams and external partners.
- Fluent in English with excellent multicultural skills; regional languages a plus.
- Ethical, values-driven, and exercises good judgement.
- Persistent, committed, and willing to travel significantly for business needs.
