To support its continued growth, InfraCo Asia is actively seeking applicants for a **Manager, Portfolio and Risk Analysis **role, based in Singapore. As part of the Executive Management Team, the Manager will be instrumental to InfraCo Asia’s mission, which is to catalyse the private sector investments needed to bridge the infrastructure gap in Asia’s emerging and frontier markets.

**About InfraCo Asia**:
InfraCo Asia Development Pte. Ltd. (InfraCo Asia) is a commercially managed infrastructure development and investment company of the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG). Headquartered in Singapore, InfraCo Asia catalyses greater private sector investment in infrastructure across South and Southeast Asia by providing funding and development expertise.
InfraCo Asia funds early-stage development activities to realise socially responsible and commercially viable infrastructure that contributes to sustainable and inclusive economic growth. InfraCo Asia is currently funded by four members of PIDG - the governments of the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Australia.
**Position Summary**:
The **Manager, Portfolio and Risk Analysis **, will play a key role in supporting the Director, Portfolio Management in shaping the portfolio while optimizing and protecting portfolio value. This involves building, enhancing and reviewing tools and processes to monitor, evaluate and drive portfolio performance in conjunction with appropriate risk frameworks.
The individual will need to have a strong background in and understanding of the infrastructure sector in the geographies InfraCo Asia operates in and will need to leverage their experience and knowledge of best practices when developing such processes, tools and frameworks. This role requires in depth portfolio analysis and horizon scanning, particularly in relation to new strategic initiatives while balancing risk considerations of InfraCo Asia and PIDG.
**Requirements and Attributes**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent from a reputable university; Master’s degree in relevant disciplines or other qualifications such as FRM advantageous;
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on work experience in an investment management environment, preferably in Asia with a focus on portfolio review and analysis, portfolio and risk reporting, dashboard creation, co-ordinating data compilation and decision making across teams;
- Demonstrate good exposure to and understanding of best practices, risk and controls framework;
- Experience in infrastructure sector, working with international development institutions and/or regional experience in Asia would be advantageous;
- Demonstrate ability to deliver analytical/quantitative concepts simply and practically to influence outcomes;
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, grasp processes and workflows, distill key issues;
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across levels;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Highly proficient in both oral and written English. Proficiency in one or more of the regional languages in one of the countries where InfraCo Asia is mandated to work is a plus;
- Strong appreciation and passion for PIDG and InfraCo Asia’s mandate with a strong work ethic and desire to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment essential.
