If you're ready to join a high-growth, innovative team, let's talk **What You'll Be Doing** - **Design & Develop Solutions**: Lead the design and development of technical solutions within the ERP system and other core software like NetSuite, WMS, and integration platforms. - **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with business stakeholders to implement new features and align on requirements across enterprise systems. - **Team Leadership**: Host engineering meetings, coach team members on best practices, and oversee code quality through reviews. - **Cross-functional Guidance**: Provide technical insights on projects, coordinate with internal and external tech teams, and ensure well-integrated, high-performance solutions. - **Technology Excellence**: Set standards for development and testing, mitigate project risks, and drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement as the "go-to" tech expert at Castlery. **What You'll Need** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other equivalent degrees with outstanding academic achievements - Proven track records in business process and system design as Engineering Manager, Technical Product Manager, Senior System Engineer or equivalent. - Strong command of SQL, JavaScript, Python, Git, and other popular development tools. - Strong understanding of integration frameworks such as REST, gRPC. - Experience with NetSuite developer tools is a plus. - Be an effective communicator with a collaborative approach, able to lead change, solve problems, and clearly convey complex ideas in English within a diverse, multicultural team **What we promise** **Our first promise - the ride of a lifetime** You'll be joining a company in its most exciting phase; we've proven our product market fit, and with the growing online penetration of furniture, we're now focused on hypergrowth.
