**Position Requirements**:

- **Minimum Education**: Diploma in Engineering (any major)
- **Experience**:Engineering Experience**: Minimum 10 years of working experience in any Singapore-based company
**Management Experience**: At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage engineering projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, quality, and efficiency
- Implement best practices in engineering management, promoting productivity and safety
- Evaluate team performance and provide guidance and support for professional development
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
