**Your Role**:
As the Category Owner for Seller Leads, you will be entrusted with owning and driving the profit and loss (P&L) for one of 99 Group's most dynamic and fastest-growing business categories. This category is pivotal to our top-line revenue and boasts one of the highest Average Revenue Per Account (ARPA) products in our portfolio. Moreover, this role presents an extraordinary opportunity as the category is experiencing rapid adoption by real estate agents, signifying immense growth potential.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Segment Growth: Your primary responsibility is to fuel the growth of the Seller Leads segment. This entails employing a multifaceted approach, including enhancing our product offerings, spearheading strategic growth and marketing initiatives, and optimizing operational processes.
- Pipeline Building: Collaborate closely with our Product and Marketing teams to tap into a vast pool of homeowners and prospective sellers, constructing a robust top-of-funnel pipeline that propels the segment forward.
- Team Management: Oversee and elevate the performance of our in-house tele-calling team, refining their pitch and delivery to maximize conversion rates.
- Sales Optimization: Collaborate with our sales team to refine pricing strategies, communication tactics, and elevate sales uptake to achieve the segment's growth targets.
- Innovation: Lead the charge in conceptualizing and executing pioneering growth initiatives that leverage the segment's unique position in the market.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Experience: You bring 5 to 10 years of invaluable experience, ideally gained within the dynamic environment of a fast-growing startup. Ideally, you have experience leading a category or business unit, demonstrating your ability to thrive in high-growth settings.
- Telesales/Lead Gen Experience - Either directly managed Telesales team or has worked in close quarters. Experience in sales process optimisation, sales team management and motivation, sales incentive design is a big plus.
- Innovative Thinking: Your approach is rooted in first principles thinking and problem-solving, and you aren't afraid to challenge the status quo. You possess a growth hacker mindset, consistently seeking innovative ways to drive results.
- Team Leadership: Managing a 5-10 member team will be part of your daily routine, so your ability to inspire, guide, and manage a diverse group of individuals is paramount.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: You excel in connecting the dots across various domains including product development, marketing, sales, and operations. Your ability to collaborate across teams is essential for the holistic success of the segment.
