**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the coordination and scheduling of interviews, including phone interviews, on-sites, lunches, events, etc
- On the fly troubleshooting to deal with any scheduling changes
- Assist with our university recruiting program hiring and event management
- Handle project work on an adhoc basis

**What you will bring**:

- 1+ year in a similar coordination position
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication, ability to push back and hold people accountable
- Previous experience in a fast paced startup, rapid growth environment is advantageous
- The ability to work autonomously, pivot quickly and hit targets
- Desire to constantly improve processes and increase efficiency
