**Purpose of the Job**:
Aviation Asset Management (“AAM”) is building a high quality organization to efficiently manage and optimize investment returns on its owned and managed asset portfolios. Reporting to the Head of Aviation Finance, the Senior Analyst will be a member of the team responsible for a broad range of investment management and fund origination activities covering investments, treasury management, portfolio management and debt / equity fund raise originations, to support the build-up of the aircraft and aircraft engine portfolio that the company will own and manage. The Senior Analyst will also play a supporting role to credit risk management activities that is critical to business operations.

**Key Job Accountabilities**:
**Investment Management**
- **Investment**
- Support the internal approval processes for aviation leasing deals, including the review of pricing models, maintenance events forecast models, and debt financing schedules.
- Support document preparation and completion for all investment activities, in collaboration with legal counsel and advisors
- Support preparation of investment committee memorandums, in collaboration with business teams, to relevant management bodies for approval of investments
- **Treasury Management**
- Bank loan management including loan compliance management, rollovers, drawdown and repayments
- Support the monitoring of exposure, formulate and time appropriate actions to hedge interest rate risk exposure
- Support the monitoring and projection of cash flow inflows and outflows to minimize cost of funding and maximize return on cash
- Involvement in internal reporting and analysis, including funding and liquidity planning, hedging analysis, budget management etc
- Support capital calls from shareholders as required
- **Portfolio Management**
- Supporting FP&A coverage for the LOB, including:

- Analyzing investment outcomes and other financial performance drivers
- Working closely with Finance team in on-going monitoring of cashflow projections and funding requirements of the LOB and constituent business units.
- **Investor Reporting**
- Supporting ongoing investor-relations activities including preparation & finalization of board meeting materials for various investment vehicles as required
- **Management Reporting**
- Support the regular preparation and completion of the Investment Management Dashboard for senior management

**Fund Origination**
- Debt Fund-Raising
- Support origination from the corporate lending market, secured financing markets and debt capital markets (such as asset-backed securitizations etc)
- Support preparation of financial models or business plans to secure funding
- Support the execution of financing transactions, review of financing solutions/loan documentation and supporting loan administration, in collaboration with legal counsel and advisors
- Equity Capital Market
- Supporting the ongoing development and management of investor relationships and indirect marketing efforts
- Assist capital raising efforts including preparation of marketing material and organizing meetings and road shows
- Research existing and potential capital partners

**Risk Management**
- Credit Risk
- Perform pro-active ongoing credit monitoring of airline lessees under prevailing credit assessment criteria
- Support the regular preparation and completion of the Credit Risk Dashboard for senior management

**Reporting Relationships**:

- This position reports to Head, Aviation Finance & VP/DGM Resources Ireland

**Required Experience and Qualifications**:

- Degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Accountancy/ Business Administration or similar specialization
- Up to 4 years of relevant financial experience preferably with project finance, corporate finance, leveraged finance, or audit firm background
- Structured finance or investment management experience a plus
- Loan / ISDA documentation experience a plus
- Strong quantitative, analytical and financial modelling skills
- Practiced and proven communication and presentation skills.
- Organised, motivated and strong prioritization capabilities
