The BOC Aviation Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team supports senior management to deliver industry-leading financial metrics utilizing both quantitative and qualitative analysis to achieve the Group’s strategic plan. It is also responsible for the evaluation of new investments, lease pricing, revenue optimization, product innovation and inorganic growth opportunities.

**_ Corporate Development:_**
- Explore and design new business models, products, and services that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Conduct broad market analyses to support the evaluation of inorganic growth opportunities.

**_Portfolio Strategy:_**
- Aggregate and analyze asset-level data from across the organization within the portfolio dashboard for senior management reporting.
- Develop strategies to optimize portfolio yield and profit growth weighed against macroeconomic and asset-level risk factor.

**_Financial Analysis:_**
- Formulate and deliver financial analysis on scenario planning for assessed actual, budgeting and forecasting.
- Model and assess potential options for changes to the capital structure to support growth plans and optimize shareholder value.
- Prepare medium and long-range forecasts for BOC Aviation Group, with a focus on capital expenditures and asset growth.

**_Leadership:_**
- Lead a small team of FP&A Managers to ensure performance is achieved against set targets with regular performance review and feedback.
- Mentor and support the growth of all FP&A team members with regards to public company corporate finance and aircraft portfolio management.
- Oversee the FP&A Financial team in execution of the annual budgeting process.

**_Special Projects:_**
- Guide external consultants on the development of a portfolio management module within Anaplan EPM system.
- Monitor the Corporate Scorecard to proactively identify potential gaps and propose rectification measures.
- Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Head of FP&A, CFO, and CEO.

**_Job Requirements:_**
- At least 10 years of post-professional qualification experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, FP&A and/or Portfolio Management role, with experience in an MNC.
- Able to utilize strategic mindset to think creatively and analytically to discern patterns and linkages across complex issues with competitive dynamics.
- Expert level skills and proven track record in financial modelling and data-driven quantitative analysis.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills with the ability to successfully to drive and achieve results in a diverse and global team.
- Demonstrates BOC Aviation leadership competencies including empathy, empowerment, motivation and forward-looking focus.
- Superior attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly driven with the ability to perform under pressure.
