This position manages the day-to-day financial functions for Aircraft Management (ACM) line of business and performs financial closing and reporting activities for all the business units.

• Maintain full set of accounts for Jet Aviation Hong Kong and Jet Aviation Business Jets SGP
• Accurately and timely perform manual accounting entries (AP, AR, Bank, Fixed Assets, GL entries, Intercompany transactions)
• Perform balance sheet schedule and reconciliations by the 15th of each month
• Work closely with AP, AR teams to ensure accurate accounting of transactions
• Drive a seamless monthly and year-end closing process; and closing the books within 2 working days
• Design and prepare reporting dashboard including actual forecast variance analysis, margin analysis

• Assist to prepare monthly reporting package to Head Office

• • Submission of Monthly & Quarterly Financial performance to HQ via SAP
• Submission of Monthly & Quarterly variance analysis for Day 2 Bridge & Day 5 reporting to APAC LT
• Submission of Monthly financial forecast, risk & opportunity, and Cashflow forecast via SAP BW to HQ

• Represent all the ACM APAC based line of business as the primary contact on financial information requested from HQ and Asia Pacific Management.

• Assist in preparation of annual budget

• Co-ordinate with internal and external auditors to conduct audit and accounting inspection
• Prepare tax forecast and estimates
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations and US GAAP
• Implement and document Delegation of Authority, Accounting and Controls Processes in line with SOX requirements
• Assist FM to support FP&A tasks
• Assist FM to drive continuous improvement for Finance team
• Assist FM for Global transformation projects & new IT system rollouts
• Assist FM on SAP S4 & Basware implementation, and resolve any post go-live fine-tuning issues
• Any Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company
• Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with finance qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA
• Minimum of 5 years relevant accounting experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities effectively and drive result while meeting critical deadlines.
• Working in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
• Self-starter with high degree of intellectual curiosity
• Proficient in Microsoft office particularly in Excel including advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, and formulas to analyze large datasets
• Proficient use of SAP is essential
• Experience in Aviation industry would be an advantage
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and direction
• Able to consult with management on financial issues with a hands-on perspective.
