Support the development of capabilities and build capacity to provide effective Career Coaching to all segments of LACC’s learners.
- Work closely with the rest of the Career Guidance team members to achieve the team’s objectives.
- Serve individual needs of learners using a variety of techniques and tools, including career advisory on learning pathways, personal portfolios & government schemes, career guidance and coaching, resume vetting, mock interview, profiling tools on skills, interests & personality, psychometric assessments and digital-enabled platforms.
- Work with Employer Engagement team to execute specific programmes to enhance learners’ work-readiness skills (e.g. Future of Work Series, Hackathons, etc.).
- Support in managing LACC’s digital platforms, data analytics and reports for reporting and strategic decision making for LACC and conduct surveys for learners needs analysis.
- Provide operational supervision for the Talent Development Programme, including providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to the trainees.
- Plan and drive marketing and publicity efforts, including the publication of Career Guide, for the programmes to achieve optimal learner engagement and outreach.
- Participate in key education and human capital forums/events to network and stay abreast of market trends, legislative changes and industry demands in human capital development with particular attention to preferred skill sets and functional qualities to aid career guidance programmes.
- Provide support in developing strategic partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with government and accreditation regulations.
