- Your Role:- Discussing role requirements with hiring managers and advising on sourcing channels / approach.
- Supporting hiring managers and other business stakeholders on conducting interviews.
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
- Conducting psychometric tests & analysing results.
- Monitoring and follow-up on hiring metrics, trends and KPIs (time-to-hire, source of hire etc).
- Recommending improvements to global recruitment processes, tools and external partners.
- Advising hiring managers on employment terms and job offers.- When relevant, collaborate with and support the country/region HR teams on related activities (eoarding, data & analytics, exit interviews etc).

**Job Requirement**
- You have:
- 5 years or more experience as a recruiter. Exposure to both agency and corporate recruitment would be a plus.
- Service minded and proactive; you will provide swift response and proactive advice to a fast moving organization.
- Experience of working with personality assessment tools and vendors would be ideal.
- Digital savvy and good understanding of HR / recruitment software.
